Li Hing - we love it, Hawai'i people can't get enough of it.  It's a classic Hawaiian style seasoning. Crack Seed is one of the most popular snacks in Hawaii! These preserved fruits have a unique sweet and salty, licorice taste. The name “Crack Seed” comes from the traditional process of cracking the seed of the dried fruit to enhance the flavor. Many Crack Seed snacks these days do not include a seed.

Same great taste as (white) but with the classic red (for good luck) color that may or may not leave behind some evidence of snacking on your fingers.
Sweet and slightly sour so pucker up cause one piece packs a punch.
